Recent cases include acting in a substantial unlawful means conspiracy involving allegations of bribery, acting in a substantial alleged property fraud involving allegations of bribery and dishonest assistance in breach of fiduciary duty, acting in a substantial contractual dispute relating to the termination of out-sourcing arrangements and acting in Court of Appeal cases relating to contractual interpretation in the context of loan agreements and of articles of association/pre-emption rights as well as advising in relation to claims arising from the LIBOR scandal, cases involving hedge funds, advising in relation to derivatives (including the construction and effect of the ISDA terms), credit instruments and the construction of contracts involving the production, transportation and sale of oil and gas and advising on the effect of LASPO.
