His practice covers the broad range of commercial law, litigation and international commercial arbitration, dealing with major current legal issues and topical subject matters. With a background in natural sciences, Sa'ad is often instructed in cases with a technological or scientific subject matter and has developed a particular expertise in energy and utilities issues. Presently however, he appears in major, expedited and combined Companies Court s994 / Chancery claims concerning shareholder action over a company with an estimated enterprise value of £2billon.

In addition to his experience at all levels of the High Court, Sa'ad appears frequently in international commercial arbitrations. Sa'ad has also appeared in financial services disciplinary proceedings, has assisted advocates in foreign proceedings in Guernsey, and has appeared at first instance and appellate level in commercial proceedings in the Supreme Court of the Eastern Caribbean (BVI), where he is a member of the Bar.
