Alex Gunning QC to speak at Institute for Transnational Arbitration Workshop in Texas

Alex Gunning QC will be speaking at the 34th Annual Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Workshop and Annual Meeting, which takes place from 15-17 June 2022 in Austin, Texas.

Alex will join a panel on 16 June: “Oral argument – what is it, why do it and what can go wrong? A close look at both oral and closing argument: their different purposes, why do them, oral vs written closings and what does and does not work from the point of view of the arbitrator.”
