Chambers UK have announced the nominees for this year’s Bar Awards, and One Essex Court is delighted to have been shortlisted for Set of the Year in 2 practice areas: Banking and Finance and Commercial Litigation. In addition, 6 members of Chambers have been shortlisted for individual awards: Daniel Toledano QC is nominated for Commercial Litigation Silk of the Year; Sonia Tolaney QC is nominated for Banking and Finance Silk of the Year; Jonathan Bremner QC is nominated for Tax Silk of the Year; Nehali Shah is nominated for Banking and Finance Junior of the Year; Sandy Phipps is nominated for Banking and Finance Junior of the Year; and Emma Jones is nominated for Commercial Litigation Junior of the Year.
The awards “reflect achievements over the past 12 months including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service”. The awards ceremony will take place on 17 November 2022.
