Harry Stratton co-authors fifth edition of Zuckerman on Civil Procedure

Harry Stratton has co-authored the fifth edition of Zuckerman on Civil Procedure: Principles of Practice. The book is the leading academic commentary on the principles behind English civil procedure following the Woolf and Jackson reforms, and is available on Westlaw UK. Its general editors are Professor Adrian Zuckerman of Oxford University and Professor Stuart Sime of City University. Other members of the team of co-authors include Sir Michael Burton (formerly Judge of the High Court) and Professor Andrew Higgins of Oxford University. Harry also previously contributed to the 4^th edition.
