Jamie Goldsmith KC, through Pro Bono Connect and the National Pro Bono Centre, is launching Pro Bono Expert Support, the UK’s first pro bono litigation support service, at an event held during Pro Bono Week at the Supreme Court.
The scheme aims to bring together litigation support providers and experts in order to support pro bono clients through litigation, and is supported by members of the judiciary including Lady Rose and Mr Justice Robin Knowles.
Pro Bono Connect was started by Jamie Goldsmith KC and Eleanor Campbell of One Essex Court and a number of other volunteers at One Essex Court (including James MacDonald KC, Marcos Dracos KC, Andrew Lodder, and Simon Gilson) assist with its administration.
