One Essex Court is pleased to be an Event Partner for RenewableUK’s first annual Legal & Commercial Conference, taking place in person on 19 November 2021.
We are delighted that three members of Chambers will be speaking at the event: Alex Gunning QC will chair a panel session on “Disputes and legal pitfalls in Waste to Energy and Offshore Wind”, which will also feature Jeffery Onions QC discussing Waste to Energy; whilst Eleanor Campbell will join a panel session on “Contract risk allocation: force majeure, suspension and termination”.
