On Tuesday 10 March 2026, One Essex Court hosted its inaugural Commercial Litigation Conference at Merchant Taylors’ Hall, the first in our series of flagship conferences.
Bringing together over 40 members of Chambers and our honoured guest speaker, Mr Justice Picken, this all day conference explored the key legal, strategic and procedural developments currently shaping the commercial disputes landscape. Through a series of focused panel discussions, our members examined emerging trends, recent appellate decisions and practical insights drawn from high value, complex litigation.
