One Essex Court members speak at Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2018

Two members of One Essex Court spoke at Legal Week’s Trust & Estates Litigation Forum 2018, which took place in Evian-les-Bains on 4 to 6 March.

Steven Elliott QC led an interactive seminar exploring issues in recent cases concerning claims against trustees arising out of their investment activity.  His handout can be found here. Lord Neuberger was interviewed about his life in the law and his new practice as an arbitrator at One Essex Court.
