One Essex Court is proud to be a Session Sponsor of the English Law Week in Moscow and St Petersburg, taking place from 11-14 November 2019, and is pleased that two members of Chambers will be speaking at sessions during the event.
Organised by The Bar Council and the Law Society of England and Wales, in partnership with the Russian Federal Chamber of Lawyers, the Moscow Chamber of Advocates, the St Petersburg Chamber of Advocates, the Anglo-Russian Law Association, and the British Russian Law Association, this year’s English Law Week marks the 10th anniversary of English and Russian Law Weeks and will include “high-profile panel discussions chaired by well-known legal experts”.
Andrew Lenon QC will be participating in the “International arbitration” session in St Petersburg on 12 November, a session sponsored by One Essex Court; and Andrew Lomas will be speaking on “Updates on recent developments in the UK” in Moscow on 13 November.
