One Essex Court is pleased to once again sponsor the Legal Business Commercial Litigation Summit, which will take place on 8 November in London.
We are delighted that two members of Chambers will be speaking at the Summit: Anthony de Garr Robinson QC will moderate the first panel session on “Class actions and group litigation: charting the explosion of collective claims”; whilst Jeffery Onions QC will discuss “Quincecare: banks in the spotlight” later in the morning. Opening Remarks to open the Summit will be delivered by Lord Wolfson of Tredegar, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Justice.
