One Essex Court is pleased to sponsor the Bar Council’s UK-China Arbitration Summit 2021, taking place virtually from 19-21 January 2021.
We are delighted that two members of Chambers will be speaking at the event: Hannah Brown QC will join the panel for the “Recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards: the view from China and the UK” session on day two of the summit; on day three, Dame Elizabeth Gloster will give the keynote speech.
The three-day virtual summit will “bring together leading practitioners from the UK and China to discuss the latest developments and trends in international arbitration in an Anglo-Chinese context”.
