Anna Boase QC and Joyce Arnold jointly presented a webinar aimed at providing a practical guide to remote hearings during the coronavirus pandemic. The webinar, which was attended by a broad spectrum of professional clients, was based on experience of remote hearings during the early weeks of the pandemic: both the first-hand experience of Anna Boase QC in appearing remotely in a three-day specific disclosure hearing, and information gathered about other remote hearings that have recently taken place.
