Sophie Weber and James Ruddell will be speaking at the ThoughtLeaders4 Disputes webinar titled “Complex Fraud: Arbitration, Litigation or Both?” on 28 November (12:00-13:00 UK time).
The panel discussion will consider the complexities that may arise in fraud cases featuring a number of potential defendants where some, but not all, defendants are subject to an arbitration clause. Sophie and James will bring the barrister’s perspective to the discussion, which will be chaired by Steven Bird of PCB Byrne.
