David Cavender QC

David Cavender has considerable experience at first instance and at appellate level. He has appeared before the House of Lords (the now Supreme Court) and the European Court of Justice.  In particular, before the Lords, David has been responsible for oral submissions on the commercial issues in each of the 3 appeals: Loss Relief Group Litigation, ACT Class 2 and ACT Class 3 Group Litigations.

In addition, David Cavender has appeared in a variety of arbitration proceedings and before the TCC in numerous cases involving the utilities, IT and construction and engineering industries.
