Zoe O' Sullivan has a wide range of experience in commercial litigation, arbitration and advisory work. 

In recent years Zoe's practice has been dominated by the high profile £700m fraud action brought against EDS by BSkyB.  The action involved allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation in a bid to deliver new call centre technology.  In particular, the action involved numerous complex and technical issues raised by the case in the fields of IT, forensic accounting, call centre technology and economics.

Most recently, Zoe's practice has seen involvement in significant Chancery Division proceedings concerning proprietary injunctions (Luxe Holding Ltd v. Midland Resources Holding Ltd [2010] EWHC 1908 (Ch)); in banking and finance litigation before the Commercial Court (Brandenburg Properties 8 BV v. (1) JP Morgan Markets Ltd (2) Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG); and (as commercial counsel) in group litigiation concerning EU WHT claims on Manufactured Overseas Dividends (Coal Pension Trustees Ltd & Ors v. HMRC).  

Zoe has extensive advocacy experience encompassing both interlocutory and trial work, and in applying for / defending applications for injunctive relief.   She has appeared as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal and the Privy Council and has also acted in arbitration proceedings under a variety of arbitral regimes, including LCIA, ICC and ad hoc proceedings.

Zoe has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.
