Rob Smith

Rob joined One Essex Court in March 2007 having previously worked at Fountain Court chambers for 10 years. Rob began his career as a barrister’s clerk in 1994. Rob is a member of a clerking team, where he is responsible for the management and development of the practices of Queens Counsel within Chambers. His principle duties include daily liaison with clients in relation to practices, distribution of work, management of Counsels' diaries and fee negotiation. Rob also has a very detailed knowledge of court listing within all divisions.
