On 9 January 2024 the Competition Appeal Tribunal gave its Ruling regarding the future conduct of follow-on damages claims by over 700 Claimants based on the European Commission’s 2016 Trucks settlement decision in The Trucks Second Wave Proceedings [2024] CAT 2.
The CAT has opted for an issues-based, expert-led approach culminating in a 12 week trial commencing in November 2025.
