One Essex Court is pleased to support the forthcoming Delhi Arbitration Weekend conference, which will take place in Delhi over 18-21 September 2025.
We are delighted that Darius Khambata SC will be speaking at the event. Darius will participate in a panel session on “IBA Rules on Conflict of Interest for Arbitrators and Expert Evidence”. Paul Tan, a member at One Essex Court in Singapore and London will also be attending the conference, along with Darren Burrows, our Senior Clerk.
