One Essex Court is Event Partner for ThoughtLeaders4 India Dispute Resolution Forum

One Essex Court is pleased to be the Event Partner for the ThoughtLeaders4 India Dispute Resolution Forum, which will take place on 6-7 June at The Oval Cricket Ground in London.

KV Krishnaprasad will join a panel discussion on day one which will consider “Using Foreign Courts to Resolve Indian Disputes”. The afternoon will be chaired by Niranjan Venkatesan, who will participate in the fireside chat with Judges. Lord Wolfson QC will deliver the keynote speech on day two. David Amdor, Clerk Team Leader, will also attend the Forum.
