One Essex Court is pleased to once again sponsor the Informa Connect India Disputes conference which will take place in London on 3-4 November.
We are delighted that 4 members of Chambers will be participating in-person at the conference. The first day of the conference will be chaired by Anthony de Garr Robinson KC, and will feature Niranjan Venkatesan delivering a talk on “Arbitration law in England and India: Recent developments”. The second day of the conference will be chaired by Henry Forbes Smith, and will see KV Krishnaprasad deliver a talk on “150 Years of the Indian Contract Act”.
The hybrid conference will enable conversation about the Indian disputes market, new regulatory challenges and current developments in cross-border cases, bringing together leading practitioners, former justices and up-and-coming experts.
