One Essex Court is pleased to announce that, upon successful completion of pupillage, and having already been called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2012, Paul Tan is now qualified to appear as a barrister in court matters in England. Paul is one of only a handful of barristers with rights of audience before both the English and Singapore Courts, and he is also registered to appear in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts, further enhancing his international practice.
Earlier this year, Paul co-published the third edition of Mustill & Boyd: Commercial & Investor State Arbitration.
