Chambers will be hosting two events in the summer term of 2027 where students and people considering a career change will be offered the chance to learn more about One Essex Court, the Commercial Bar, life as a pupil/junior tenant and the application process.
Both events are open to all university students (whatever their degree course) and to graduates and others with a genuine interest in the Commercial Bar. Applicants from under-represented backgrounds are particularly encouraged to attend.
Please contact Kirsty Hough if you require any further information.

Mini-pupillages
One Essex Court does not offer commercial or IP mini-pupillages. Instead, we run Open Days, which allow a wider group of people to speak to members of Chambers and learn about the work that we do. We also participate in access schemes such as Bridging the Bar and a number of mentoring programmes.
