- Tullet Prebon Plc v BGC Brokers LLP & Anr, Anthony Neil Verrier, Shaun Carl Edgar Lynn & Ors -appeared for tullett prebon, the successful claimants, in the above. the hearing related to inter dealer brokers and concerns an unlawful conspiracy by a competitor and its executives to induce employees of the claimant to leave the claimant's employment in breach of their contracts of employment based on an "early exit strategy" that involved the assertion of sham constructive dismissal claims, the enforcement of garden leave provisions against those employees and the grant of a "no poach" injunction against the competitor.
- Centrica v Accenture (Commercial Court) [2009] EWHC 2734 (Comm) and [2009] EWHC 2966 (Comm) - acting for British Gas is its widely publicised dispute with Accenture, in respect of the British Gas customer billing system (instructed by Linklaters). The claim is for over £100m and involves issues of contractual construction, notification and IT and systems issues.
- Tele2 v Post Office - trial of dispute arising out of termination of contract for provision of telecommunications services.
