Phil's practice covers the wide spectrum of IP and IT disputes in both litigation (Trade Mark, Patent Infringement and contract) and international commercial arbitration (Patent Licensing).   He has particular interest and expertise in (but not limited to) disputes arising in the telecommunications and computer industries.   He is also appointed as an Independent Expert for Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service.
