Steven acts both with and without a leader, before the superior courts as well as before arbitral tribunals. He has particular experience of handling large and complex commercial, financial and fraud matters, often spanning more than one jurisdiction. In recent years Steven has acted or advised in relation to litigation in the British Virgin Islands (where he is called to the Bar), the Cayman Islands, Jersey, Singapore, Mauritius, the Isle of Man, Hong Kong, India, Northern Ireland and Australia.
